LOT 947, VILLAGEWALK OF BONITA SPRINGS PHASE 3, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK INSTRUMENT # 2006000121488, PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and commonly known as: 15115 AUK WAY, BONITA SPRINGS, FL 34135; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at: www.lee.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for on-line auctions, on September 16, 2011 at 9:00 AM.
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
