LOT 5 AND 6, BLOCK 5900, CAPE CORAL, UNIT 92, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 25, PAGE 27, INCLUSIVE, IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA
and commonly known as: 2579 SURFSIDE BLVD, CAPE CORAL, FL 33914; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at: www.lee.realforeclose.com, on September 19, 2011 at 9:00 AM.
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
