NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed December 4, 2009, and entered in Case No. 08-CA-012085, of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for LEE County, Florida. BANK OF NEW YORK AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS CWALT, INC. ALTERNATIVE LOAN TRUST 2006-J4, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-J4 (hereafter “Plaintiff”), is Plaintiff and AMAURY PEREZ, are defendants. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the internet at www.lee.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 a.m., on the 16 day of September, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 4, BLOCK 93, UNIT 10, LEHIGH ACRES, SECTION 11, TOWNSHIP 44 SOUTH, RANGE 26 EAST, LEHIGH ACRES, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 15, PAGE 60, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
