LOT 13, BLOCK 10, UNIT 14, WILLOW LAKE, LEHIGH ACRES, A SUBDIVISION IN SECTION 33, TOWNSHIP 44 SOUTH, RANGE 27 EAST, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 15, PAGE 49, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
with a street address of 1416 SE 20th Ave., Cape Coral, FL 33990, has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it, on Robert M. Coplen, Esquire, Robert M. Coplen, P.A., 10225 Ulmerton Road, Suite 5A, Largo, FL 33771, on or before (or within thirty (30) days after the first publication of this Notice of Action, whichever is later) and file the original with the Clerk of this Court at Lee County Justice Center, 1700 Monroe Street, Ft Myers FL 33901 either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise, a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the complaint petition.
