Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on May 12, 2011 in the above styled cause in the Circuit Court for Lee County, Florida, I will sell the following property located in Lee County, Florida:
Lot 3, st. charles harbour, phase three, a Subdivision, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 44, page 69 and 70, of the Public Records of Lee County, Florida.
at public sale to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com on September 16, 2011 at 9:00 am. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
