NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale filed on August 19, 2011, and entered in Case No. 09-CA-069536 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for LEE COUNTY, Florida, wherein citimortgage, inc. successor by merger to abn amro mortgage group, inc., is Plaintiff, and richard paraboschi, et al are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning 9:00 am at www.lee.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 19 day of September, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 38, Meadowbrook of Bonita Springs, Replat of Tract C, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 63, pages 59 through 64, Public Records of Lee County, Florida.
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
