NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale filed the 19 day of August, 2011, and entered in Case No. 36-2010-CA-052416, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein ONEWEST BANK, FSB is the Plaintiff and RANDALL MCWILLIAMS, DOROTHY M. CULLEN, INDIVIDUALLY AND AS TRUSTEE OF THE JOHN B. CULLEN & DOROTHY M. CULLEN REVOCABLE LIVING TRUST DATED NOVEMBER 8, 1993, JOHN B. CULLEN and UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.Lee.realforeclose.com at, 9:00 AM on the 23 day of September, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

Lots 9 & 10, Block 35, Unit 6, Part 3, CAPE CORAL SUBDIVISION, according to the Plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 11, Pages 70 to 79, inclusive, in the Public Records of Lee County, Florida.

Together with a Tract or Parcel of Land situated in the State of Florida, County of Lee, City of Cape Coral, lying in Section 18, Township 45 South, Range 24 East, being a part of Bimini Canal as shown on the Record Plat of Unit 6 Part 3, Cape Coral as recorded in Plat book 11, Pages 70 through 79 of the Public Records of said Lee County and further bounded and described as follows:

Beginning at the Northwest corner of Lot 10 Block 35 of said Unit 6 Part 3 Cape Coral; thence East 80.00 feet along the north line of said Lot 10 Block 35 and Lot 9 Block 35 of said Unit 6 Part 3 to the Northeast Corner of said Lot 9; thence North 49.20' to an intersection with the waters edge of a concrete seawall, thence S 89'55'16” W along said waters for 80.00 feet to an intersection with a line that bears North from said Point of Beginning; thence South 49.09 feet to the Point of Beginning.

Said Parcel contains 3,932 square feet more or less.

Bearings are based on the Record Plat of Unit 6 Part 3 Cape Coral.
Dimensions are based on field survey.
