Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to Section 715.109, Florida Statutes, and the Notice of Right to Reclaim Abandoned Property served on the above-named persons on or about August 15, 2011, Buccaneer Estates, which is owned by Snowbirdland Vistas, Inc. will sell the following described property:
1977 CELT mobile home bearing Vehicle Identification Numbers CELTFL73003X and CELTFL73003U, and all the property contained therein (the “Property”).
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash (or cashier's check), at Buccaneer Estates, 2210 North Tamiami Trail, North Ft. Myers, Florida 33903 at 10:30 a.m. on September 2, 2011, which date is at least ten days from the first publication of this notice, and at least five days from the last publication of this notice.
The absolute minimum bid shall be the costs of storage, advertising, and sale, though the minimum may be adjusted by Buccaneer Estates as appropriate.
