NOTICE is given pursuant to the Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on the 7th day of January, 2010 and the Order on Plaintiffs' Motion to Re-Schedule Foreclosure Sale entered on the 9th day of August, 2011 in Civil Action No. 09-7631-CI-011 of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, in which CURTIS G. HAYES a/k/a CURT HAYES et al, is the Defendant(s) and ESSINAR PROPERTIES II, INC. a Florida corporation, as assignee of DON M. STICHTER and HARLEY E. RIEDEL, is the Plaintiff(s), the Clerk will sell to the highest bidder for cash in an online sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M., on the 23rd day of September, 2011, the following described real property set forth in the Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
Lot 29, Block 16, Orange Lake Village, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 36, Pages 65 through 67, in the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
Pursuant to Florida Statutes, Section 45.031(2)(f):
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
