Book 5334, page 965, and all its attachments and amendments, and as recorded in Condominium Plat Book 59, page (s) 115, as amended in Condominium Plat Book 64, page 121, Public Records of Pinellas County. With the following street address: 165 B Hidden Brook, Palm Harbor, Florida 34683.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on October 7, 2011.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
