Notice is given that pursuant to the Uniform Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure entered in Case No.: 11-001848 County Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, in which, GOLDEN FLAMINGO OWNERS ASSOCIATION, f/k/a PARK VILLAGE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, is the Plaintiff, and the Defendants are NELSON L. DIAS and MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC., (MERS) solely as nominee for FIRST NATIONAL BANK OF ARIZONA. The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in an online sale at www.pinellas.realforclose.com at 10:00 a.m. on September 21, 2011, the following described property as set forth in the Uniform Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure:
An undivided 1/18th interest in Lots 3, 4, 5 and 6, Block 5, GLENSIDE SUBDIVISION, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 46, page 55 of Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, LESS and except the buildings and improvements located thereon; TOGETHER with that certain apartment known as Apartment Number 208, GOLDEN FLAMINGO APARTMENTS, and so designated on the entrance door of said apartment and as said apartment is shown by the plan attached to instrument recorded in O.R. Book 1951, Pages 275 to 278 inclusive, Clerk's instrument No. 199597B, Pinellas County records, marked Exhibits A and B; said Apartment No. 208 consisting of approximately 1000 square feet.
