NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated August 4, 2011, and entered in Case No. 52-2008-CA-010551 of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS COUNTY, Florida, wherein MORTGAGEIT, INC., is Plaintiff, and JAMES A. DEGEN, et al are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 11:00 AM at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 19th day of September, 2011, the following described property as set forth in the recorded Lis Pendens filed in the instant matter, to wit:
THE FOLLOWING DESCRIBED LAND, SITUATE, LYING AND BEING IN PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA., TO WIT:
LOT 36, BLOCK “A”, GREENBROOK ESTATES, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 70, PAGE 98, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
