NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 19, 2011 and entered in CASE NO: 52-2010-CA-000262-DIV. 011 of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Clearwater, Florida wherein DEUTSCHE BANK TRUST COMPANY 2004QA6, is the Plaintiff, and TIMOTHY A. SMITH, ET AL., are the Defendant(s), I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, 8186 TERRACE GARDEN DRIVE N #204 SAINT PETERSBURG Florida 33709, on the 23rd day of September, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
THAT CERTAIN CONDOMINIUM PARCEL DESCRIBED AS UNIT 204, TERRACE PARK OF FIVE TOWNS NO. 30, A CONDOMINIUM, AND ANUNDIVIDED INTEREST OR SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, IN ACCORDANCE WITH AND SUBJECT TO THE COVENANTS, CONDITIONS, RESTRICTIONS, EASEMENTS, TERMS AND OTHER PROVISIONS OF THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM OF TERRACE PARK OF FIVE TOWNS NO. 30, A CONDOMINIUM, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 6546, PAGES 1293, AND AMENDMENTS THERETO, AND THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 96, PAGES 93-97, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS OF THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER, AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS, MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN SIXTY (60) DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
