Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure, entered in the above-styled cause on August 11, 2011, in the Circuit Court of Pinellas County, Florida, KEN BURKE, the Clerk of Pinellas County, will sell the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida, described as:

Lot 12, ANCLOTE POINT TOWNHOMES, a subdivision according to the plat thereof recorded at Plat Book 133, Page 46, in the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.

at a Public Sale, the Clerk shall sell the property to the highest bidder, for cash, except as set forth hereinafter, on September 30, 2011, at 10:00 a.m. at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45 and Chapter 702, Florida Statutes.
