NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 14, 2011, and entered in Case No. 09-9088-CO-42, of the County Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein STRATFORD COMMONS HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC. is Plaintiff, and DOLORES A. QUEREAU and UNKNOWN TENANT n/k/a DENISE QUEREAU are Defendants, I will sell to the highest bidder for cash on October 14, 2011, in an online sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com beginning at 10:00 a.m., the following property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 20, STRATFORD COMMONS, according to that certain plat as recorded in Plat Book 96, Pages 76 through 79, inclusive, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER, AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
