Unit Number 103, Building Number 4 of WINDING CREEK IV, A Condominium, according to the plat thereof recorded in Condominium Plat Book 43, Page 99 and being further described in that certain Declaration of Condominium recorded in O.R. Book 5056, Page 977, as amended, all in the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, TOGETHER WITH an undivided interest in and to the common elements appurtenant thereto. With the following street address: 2400 Winding Creek Boulevard, #4-103, Clearwater, Florida, 33761.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on October 7, 2011.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
