NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed August 17th, 2011, and entered in Case No. 10006183CI007, of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida. DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE OF THE INDYMAC INDX MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST 2006-AR15, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-AR15 UNDER THE POOLING AND SERVICING AGREEMENT DATED MAY 1, 2006 is Plaintiff and CHRISTIE S. JONES; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF CHRISTIE S. JONES; PATRICIA NICHOLS; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; MISSION HILLS CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at: www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m., on the 3rd day of October, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT NUMBER F-46, MISSION HILLS CONDOMINIUM, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 3665, PAGE 870, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim with 60 days after the sale.
