NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 11, 2011, and entered in Case No. 10-004011-CO-42 of the Circuit Court, of the Sixth Judicial Circuit, in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein Pine Ridge at Lake Tarpon Village I Condominium Association, Inc. is Plaintiff, and JOYCE M. FLORIO; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JOYCE M. FLORIO; BANK OF AMERICA, N.A.; UNKNOWN TENANT 1 and UNKNOWN TENANT 2 are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at http://pinellas.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for on-line auctions, at 10:00 a.m., on the 14th day of October, 2011 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Unit No. B-3 Bldg 111 of PINE RIDGE AT LAKE TARPON VILLAGE 1-#2, Condominium PHASE VIII, together with an undivided interest in the common elements appurtenant thereto, as shown on plat recorded in Condominium Plat book 78, Pages 29 through 35 inclusive, as amended in Condominium Plat book 78, Pages 91 through 93 inclusive, all in accordance with and subject to the Declaration of Condominium as recorded in O.R. Book 5802, Page 1894, as amended in O.R. Book 5805, page 1225; O.R. book 5820, Page 1188; O.R. book 5822, Page 1485; O.R. Book 5822, Page 1705, O.R. Book 5831, Page 467; O.R. book 5842, Page 1203 and O.R. book 6956, Page 2161 and all amendments thereto, all of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida., the street address of which is: 1182 Pine Ridge Circle W #B3 Tarpon Springs, FL, 34688.
A PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
