NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 10, 2011, and entered in Case No. 11-002794-CO-041 of the Circuit Court, of the Sixth Judicial Circuit, in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein Belleview Biltmore Villas-South Garden -8 Belleview Blvd., Inc is Plaintiff, and VIRGINIA B. FRANKS; JOHN L. FRANKS, JR.; UNKNOWN TENANT 1 and UNKNOWN TENANTS 2 are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at http://pinellas.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for on-line auctions, at 10:00 a.m., on the 7th day of October, 2011 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Condominium Unit 404, BELLEVIEW BILTMORE VILLAS SOUTH GARDEN -8- BELLEVIEW BLVD, a Condominium, together with an undivided interest in the common elements, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof recorded in Official Record Book 5136, Page 2024, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Condominium Plat book 47, Page 4-12, all as amended from time to time, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, the street address of which is: 8 Belleview Blvd., #404 Seminole, FL 33777.
A PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
