NOTICE IS GIVEN that pursuant to that certain Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 19, 2009, and the Order Granting Plaintiff's Second Motion to Reschedule Foreclosure Sale entered August 17, 2011, in Case No. 09-003296-CI-15, of the Circuit Court in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein Freesun LLC, a Florida limited liability company, is the Plaintiff and Gregory R. Clark, a/k/a Gregory R. Clark, Sr., and Quanita Clark are the Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in an online sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 a.m. on the 3rd day of October, 2011, the following described property set forth in that certain Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 19, 2009:
Lot 66, THE BRUNSON-DOWEL SUBDIVISION #1, according to the map or plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 1, Page 49, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
