NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order rescheduling foreclosure sale dated August 17, 2011 entered in Civil Case No. 2009-018824-CI of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein Citi Property Holdings Inc. f/k/a Liquidation Properties, Inc., Plaintiff and Daniel Pedecone, Individually and as Surviving Joint Tenant of Catherine A. Zimmerman are defendant(s), I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M., on October 3, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOTS 41 AND 42, BLOCK B, HIGHLAND GROVE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 6, PAGE 75, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
