NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 12, 2011 entered in Case No. 10-12267-CO-41 of the County Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein CYPRESS FALLS AT PALM HARBOR CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC. is Plaintiff, and ALEXANDER E. ACTIPIS and UNITED GUARANTY RESIDENTIAL INSURANCE COMPANY OF NORTH CAROLINA, are Defendants, KEN BURKE, Pinellas Clerk of Circuit Court, will sell to the highest bidder for cash on October 14, 2011 in an online sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com beginning at 10:00 a.m., the following property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Condominium Unit #404 of CYPRESS FALLS AT PALM HARBOR CONDOMINIUM, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof, as recorded in O.R. Book 15213, at Page 2500, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER, AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
