NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 10, 2011 entered in Case No.10-11400-CO-41, of the County Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein CLOVERPLACE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC. is Plaintiff, and ZORAIDA ROSADO and MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC. are Defendants, KEN BURKE, Pinellas Clerk of Circuit Court, will sell to the highest bidder for cash on October 7, 2011 in an online sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com beginning at 10:00 a.m., the following property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Unit 229, CLOVERPLACE, A CONDOMINIUM (PHASE V), together with an undivided interest in the common elements appurtenant thereto, as shown on Plat recorded in Condominium Plat Book 73, Pages 98 through 100, inclusive, as amended in Condominium Plat Book 80, Pages 8 through 11, inclusive, all in accordance with and subject to the Declaration of Condominium as recorded in Official Records Book 5669, Pages 189 through 257, inclusive, and all amendments thereto, all of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER, AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
