NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure of Plaintiff, OLD HARBOR BANK, and determination of reasonable attorney's fees entered in the above-styled case number 11-00902-CI-21 in the Circuit Court of Pinellas County, Florida, that I, Ken Burke, Pinellas Clerk of the Court, will sell the following property situated in Pinellas County, Florida, described as:
