NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order rescheduling foreclosure sale dated August 17, 2011 entered in Civil Case No. 2009-006530-CI of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein CitiMortgage, Inc, Plaintiff and Irina Filonova and Sean P. Thorp, Wife and Husband are defendant(s), I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M., on December 27, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 144, LAKE ST, GEORGE SOUTH UNIT 11, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 87, PAGE 52-55, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
