NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed August 9th, 2011, and entered in Case No. 08016755CI, of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida. H&R BLOCK BANK is Plaintiff and ODALIS RUBIO; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ODALIS RUBIO IF ANY; JOHN DOE AND; JANE DOE AS UNKNOWN TENANTS IN POSSESSION; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS DEVISEES, GRANTEES OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at: www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m., on the 23rd day of September, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 35, BLOCK H, PLEASANT GROVE PARK, FIRST ADDITION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 47, PAGE(S) 2 AND 3 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim with 60 days after the sale.
