Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure for Plaintiff entered in this cause on May 4, 2010, in the Circuit Court of Pinellas County, Florida, I will sell the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida described as:
LOT 7, PINE HAVEN II, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 65, PAGES 96 AND 97, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and commonly known as: 10356 57TH WAY N, PINELLAS PARK, FL 33782; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, Sales will be held at the Pinellas County auction website at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, on September 28, 2011 at 10:00 a.m..
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
