NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Sale will be made pursuant to an Order or Final Summary Judgment. Final Judgment was awarded on January 7, 2011 in Civil Case No. 10005249CI, of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida, wherein, WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR CARRINGTON MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST, SERIES 2006-NC4, ASSET-BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES is the Plaintiff, and, PETER J. LAVENIA; ELIZABETH A. RILL; MISTY SPRINGS CONDOMINIUM II ASSOCIATION, INC.; AND UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION are Defendants.
The clerk of the court, Ken Burke will sell to the highest bidder for cash online at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 AM on September 20, 2011, the following described real property as set forth in said Final summary Judgment, to wit:
That Certain Condominium Parcel Consisting of Unit 103, Building M, Misty Springs, Phase V, Condominium H, According to Condominium Plat Book 45, Page 1 Thru 8, Inclusive, and Amended in Condominium Plat Book 58, Pages 101 Through 102, Inclusive, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, And Being Further Described in The Declaration of Condominium Recorded in O.R. Book 5083, Page 1431 thru 15505, Amended in O.R. Book 5105, Page 252, O.R. 5124, Page 903, O.R. Book 5311, Pages 1369 thru 1373 and O.R. Book 5365, Pages 119 thru 123, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, and Together with The Exhibits Attached Thereto and Made A Part Thereto, and Together with an Undivided Share in The Common Elements Appurtenant Thereto.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
