YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action for money damages and mortgage foreclosure upon a real and personal property located in Pinellas County, Florida:
Lot 15 and Lot 16, Block 43, RE-PLAT OF ST. PETERSBURG BEACH SUBDIVISION, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 5, page 28, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida. The address is commonly known as 7100 Gulf Boulevard, St. Pete Beach, Florida 33706.
has been filed against you, and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on CARY A. CASH, Esquire, Plaintiff's Attorney, whose address is Post Office Box 12349, St. Petersburg, Florida 33733-2349, within 30 days from the date of this Notice, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on Plaintiff's Attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Plaintiff's AMENDED Complaint.
