NOTICE OF PRESERVATION OF THE DECLARATION OF
COVENANTS, CONDITIONS AND RESTRICTIONS FOR GREEN
VALLEY ESTATES VILLAS
Pursuant to Florida Statutes §712.05, Green Valley Estates Villas Association, Inc., whose business address is c/o Resource Property Management, Inc., 28100 U.S. Hwy 19 N., Suite 205, Clearwater, FL 33761, files this notice that the Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions for Green Valley Estates Villas has been preserved for thirty (30) years from the filing date of this notice. A copy of the Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions for Green Valley Estates Villas is attached hereto and made a part hereof as Exhibit “A”.
Approval of the preservation of the Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions for Green Valley Estates Villas was approved on February 16, 2011, by a vote of at least 2/3 of the members of the Board of Directors of Green Valley Estates Villas Association, Inc., conducted at a meeting after notice to the members of the Association pursuant to Florida Statutes §712.05.
An Affidavit of Delivery to Members was made by the President of Green Valley Estates Villas Association, Inc., pursuant to Florida Statute §712.06(b) is attached hereto and made a part hereof as Exhibit “B”.
The Lands affected by this notice are:
Tracts A, B, and a portion of Tract C which includes Phases A, B, C, D, E, F, G, H, I, J, K, L, M, N, O, P, and Q constituting a portion of the Lands shown on The Plat of Green Valley Estates Unit Two, recorded in Plat Book 82, Pages 52 through 55 of the Public Records in and for Pinellas County, Florida.
