NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 19, 2010, entered in Civil Case No. 51-2009-CA-003391-ES (J1) of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein Deutsche Bank National Trust Company , as Trustee in trust for the benefit of the Certificateholders for Ameriquest Mortgage Securities Trust 2005-R10, Asset-Backed Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2005-R10, Plaintiff and Cezary P. Domagala and Eugenia E. Domagala, Husband and Wife are defendant(s), I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash In an online sale accessed through the Clerk's website at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 a.m. on September 7, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 5, BLOCK C, NORTHWOOD, UNIT 1, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 32, PAGE 69-77, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
