NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Amended Final Judgment entered in the above-captioned action on June 27, 2011, I will sell the property situated in Pasco County, Florida, described in the attached Exhibit B (the “Property”), at public sale, to the highest bidder, for cash, online at 11:00 a.m. (Eastern Time) on September 13, 2011, at www.pasco.realforeclose.com.

COMMENCE AT THE NE CORNER OF THE NW 1/4 OF THE NE 1/4 OF SECTION 17, TOWNSHIP 26 SOUTH, RANGE 21 EAST, PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA, RUN S. 00º 46' 39” W., 160.4 FEET TO THE SOUTHERLY R/W LINE OF C.R. 54 FOR A POINT OF BEGINNING; THENCE CONTINUE S. 00º 46' 39” N., 170.69 FEET, THENCE N. 89º 29' 57” W., 345.95 FEET TO SAID R/W LINE, THENCE ALONG SAID R/W, AND SAID CURVE TO THE RIGHT 387.65 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING; SAID CURVE HAVING A RADIUS OF 1869.86 FEET CHORD OF 386.95 FEET AND DELTA OF 11º 52' 41”.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale. The court, in its discretion, may enlarge the time of the sale. Notice of the changed time of sale shall be provided herein.
