NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 1, 2010, and entered in Case No. 51-2009-CA-002629-XXXX-WS-J2, of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for PASCO County, Florida. IXIS REAL ESTATE CAPITAL, is Plaintiff and DAVID D. PAUP A/K/A DAVID PAUP, are defendants. Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 a.m., on the 14th day of September, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 10, OF MARTHA'S VINEYARD, UNIT 2, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 5, AT PAGE 69, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
