LOT 165 PLEASURE ISLES THIRD ADDITION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 8, PAGE 28 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and commonly known as: 13335 SUNFISH DRIVE, HUDSON, FL 34667; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, www.pasco.realforeclose.com, on September 14, 2011 at 11am.
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
