NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated August 8, 2011 and entered in Case NO. 51-2007-CA-1478-WS of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PASCO County, Florida wherein HSBC BANK USA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE OF J.P. MORGAN MORTGAGE TRUST 2006-A5, is the Plaintiff and MARYANN C. HELLWINKEL A/K/A MARY ANN C. HELLWINKEL; TIMBER GREENS COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC.; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC. AS NOMINEE FOR MARKET STREET MORTGAGE; are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at WWW.PASCO.REALFORECLOSE.COM IN ACCORDANCE WITH CHAPTER 45 FLORIDA STATUTES at 11:00AM, on September 08, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:

A PORTION OF TRACT “T-021”, TIMBER GREENS PHASE 1-D, UNIT 8, AS SHOWN ON THE PLAT RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 32, PAGE 13-16, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA, BEING MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED AS:
