Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure or Order dated August 11, 2011, entered in Civil Case No. 51-2010-CC-4443- WS SEC.O, in the COUNTY Court in and for PASCO County, Florida, wherein WOODRIDGE SOUTH HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC is the Plaintiff, and CLAUDIA P. SOTO, et al., are the Defendants, I will sell the property situated in PASCO County, Florida, described as:
Lot 12, WOODRIDGE SOUTH, according to the map or plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 35, Pages 132-134, Public Records of Pasco County, Florida.

at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 a.m. on the 9th day of September, 2011. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
