LOT 139, TANGLEWOOD TERRACE, UNIT 1, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 10, AT PAGES 124-126, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it, on Rod B. Neuman, Esquire, of Gibbons, Neuman, Bello, Segall, Allen & Halloran, P.A., Plaintiff's attorney, whose address is 3321 Henderson Boulevard, Tampa, Florida 33609, within thirty (30) days of the date of the first publication of this notice, or on or before September 26, 2011, a date not less that twenty-eight (28) nor more than sixty (60) days after the date of the first publication of this notice, and file the original with Clerk of this Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demand in the Complaint.
