scott frase; violeta ranft, deceased; any and all unknown parties claiming by, through, under and against their herein named individual defendant(S) who are not known to be dead or alive, whether said unknown parties may claim an interest as spouses, heirs, devisees, grantees, or other
claimants, including but not
limited to those Heirs and Devisees of the estate of violeta ranft; bank of america n.a. as successor by merger with
countrywide bank, fsb; Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc.; bac home loans servicing, l.p. f/k/a countrywide home loans servicing, l.p. and any and all UNKNOWN TENANT(S), in
possession of the subject property,

TO: violeta ranft, deceased; any and all unknown parties claiming by, through, under and against the herein named individual defendant(S) who are not known to be dead or alive, whether said unknown parties may claim an interest as spouses, heirs, devisees, grantees, or other claimants, including but not limited to those Heirs and Devisees of the estate of violeta ranft;
YOU ARE NOTIFIED that the Plaintiff has filed a First Amended Complaint for the purposes of foreclosing any interest that you have in the real property and the establishment of a lien against the property as well as damages. The property to be foreclosed upon is currently located in Covered Bridge Estates, which is located in Manatee County and which is more fully described as:
Lot 66, Covered Bridge Estates, Phase 7A, 7B, 7C, 7D, 7E, according to the Plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 44, Page 92, of the Public Records Manatee County, Florida.

This action has been filed against you as a Defendant, and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to the action on Plaintiff attorney, whose address is: Karen E. Maller, Esq., Powell Carney Maller Ramsay & Grove, P.A., One Progress Plaza, Suite 1210, St. Petersburg, Florida 33701 within 30 days of the first date of publication and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter, otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
