NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated August 15,, 2011 and entered in Case NO. 41-2009-CA-012305 of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for MANATEE County, Florida wherein SUNTRUST MORTGAGE, INC., is the Plaintiff and JEFFREY P. KOKERNAK A/K/A JEFFREY PAUL KOKERNAK; JENNIFER KOKERNAK A/K/A JENNIFER LYNN KOKERNAK A/K/A JENNIFER L. KOKERNAK A/K/A JENNIFER LYNN DEVERS; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSE, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at on the Internet at: www.manatee.realforeclose.com at 11:00AM, on September 13, 2011,, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
