NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale dated the 10th day of August, 2011, and entered in Case No. 2009 CA 010844, of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein wells fargo bank, n.a. as trustee on behalf of the harborview 2006-12 trust fund is the Plaintiff and paul a. gennette, Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Incorporated as nominee for americas wholesale lender, walker's island condominium association, inc., a dissolved corporation, irina m. gennette and UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.manatee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45 at, 11:00 AM on the 13th day of September, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
unit no. 5, walkers island condominium, a condominium according to the declaration of condominium recorded in official records book 2155, page 164, as amended, and according to the condominium plat thereof recorded in condominium book 35, pages 191 through 196, as thereafter amended, of the public records of manatee county, florida, as amended, together with an undivided interest in the common elements appurtenant thereto.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
