NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale dated the 18th day of August, 2011, and entered in Case No. 2008 CA 012300, of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein chase home finance llc as successor by merger to chase manhattan mortgage corporation is the Plaintiff and brenda e. durfee, john b. durfee, bay hollow condominium association, inc., jpmorgan chase bank na, unknown spouse of brenda e. durfee, unknown spouse of john b. durfee and UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.manatee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45 at, 11:00 AM on the 22nd day of September, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
