NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on August 22, 2011, in Case No. 2008-CA-007701 of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit for Manatee County, Florida, in which Regions Bank, D/B/A Regions Mortgage, in Plaintiff, and Dustin W. Ott, Summer S. Ott, et al., are Defendants, the Clerk of the Circuit Court for Manatee County, Florida, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 a.m. or as soon thereafter as the sale may proceed, on the 28th day of September, 2011, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
lot 26 block c, braden river lakes phase ii, a subdivision, as per plat thereof recorded in recorded in plat book 23, pages 191 through 196, inclusive, of the public records of manatee county, florida.
Any person or entity claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, resulting from the foreclosure sale, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim on the same with the Clerk of Court within 60 days after the foreclosure sale.
