NOTICE IS GIVEN that pursuant to that certain Summary Judgment dated July 17, 2008 and that certain Order on Plaintiff's Motion To Schedule Partition Sale dated August 1, 2011, in Case No. 2008 CA 720 of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein Layon F. Robinson II and Davine E. Robinson, his wife, are Plaintiffs and Richard Lee Buckle and Barbara J. Buckle, his wife, are Defendants, the Hon. r.b. “chips” shore, Clerk of the Court, Manatee County, Florida, will sell the property located in Manatee County, Florida, situated at 442 Old Main Street, Bradenton, Florida 34205, which is legally described as:
Lot 5, less three (3) feet off the South end, and plus a strip 6 (six) feet and three (3) inches wide off the South end of Lot 6, FULLER BLOCK SUBDIVISION, as per Plat of the subdivision of H. Walter Fuller's Block, City of Bradenton, County of Manatee, State Of Florida, as recorded on Page 170, of Plat Book 1, of the Official Records of Manatee County, Florida
at public auction, to the highest and best bidder for cash. The Plaintiffs and Defendants may be bidder at said public auction.
THIS PARTITION SALE will be conducted at the Clerk's Office Annex, Second Floor, Manatee County Judicial Center, 1501 Manatee Avenue West, Bradenton, Florida on October 4, 2011 at 11:00 A.M.
PURSUANT to Court Order, all proceeds of sale, after deduction of applicable Clerk's costs, shall be deposited into the registry of the Court pending final resolution of still pending litigation.
