Notice is hereby given, pursuant to an Order or Summary Final Judgment of foreclosure dated September 2, 2010 and an Order Resetting Sale dated 10-06-2010, and entered in Case No. 412009CA003747XXXXXX of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein wachovia mortgage, fsb f/k/a world savings bank, fsb is Plaintiff and terese s. loessl; windward bay, inc. longboat harbour north condominium, inc.; first bank successor by merger to coast bank of florida; jeffrey l. cain; ralla klepak; r.l. james, inc.; symbiont service corp.; unique air services; ; unknown tenant no. 1; unknown tenant no. 2; and ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING INTERESTS BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST A NAMED DEFENDANT TO THIS ACTION, OR HAVING OR CLAIMING TO HAVE ANY RIGHT, TITLE OR INTEREST IN THE PROPERTY HEREIN DESCRIBED, are Defendants, RICHARD “CHIPS” B. SHORE, III, Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at website of www.manatee.realforeclose.com at Manatee County, Florida, at 11:00 a.m. on the 5th day of Octobe , 2011, the following described property as set for in said Order or Final Judgement, to-wit:
unit 17-b-v of windward bay, f/k/a longboat harbour north, a condominium, according to the declaration of condominium recorded in o.r. book 596, page 819 as amended in o.r.book 600, page 28, o.r.book 649, page 681, o.r. book 711, page 640, o.r. book 774, page 263, o.r. book 832, page 667, o.r. book 844, page 705, o. r. book 944, page 1521, as per plat thereof recorded in condominium plat book 6, page 6, of the public records of manatee county, florida, and an undivided 1/151 interest in the community facility lease for longboat harbour north as described in lease recorded in o.r. book 596, page 848, of said records.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
