Notice is hereby given pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 18, 2011, and entered in Case No. 2010-CA-000292 of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein the bank of new york mellon f/k/a the bank of new york, as trustee for the holders of the certificates, first horizon mortgage pass-through certificates series fhams 2006 fa3, by first horizon home loans, a division of first Tennessee bank national association, master servicer, in its capacity as agent for the trustee under the pooling and servicing agreement is the Plaintiff and , carol heinze and emory heinze are the Defendants, the clerk shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash www.manatee.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for on-line auctions, at 11:00 a.m. on the 22ND day of September, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Order of Final Judgment, to wit:
lot 7, block b, fairview avenue park subdivision, according to the plat thereof as recorded in plat book 2, page 115, of the public records of manatee county, florida
