Notice is hereby given that the undersigned Clerk of the Circuit Court of Collier County, Florida, will on the 14 day of September, 2011, at 11:00 AM At Collier County Courthouse, in the atrium on the 1st Floor, Hugh Hayes Annex, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112, offer for sale and sell at public outcry to the highest and best bidder for cash, the following-described property situate in Collier County, Florida:

Commencing at the most Westerly corner of undivided block “F” of Lakewood, Unit No. 1 according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 12, Page 7, 8 and 9, Collier County Public Records, Collier County, Florida; thence Northwesterly line of said block “F”, North 50 degrees 56' 29” East 454.53 feet; thence South 39 degrees 03' 31” East 71.67 feet for the place of beginning of lot 20 herein described:

Together with an undivided 1/72nd fee simple interest in and to all of the common areas located within the properties of Lakewood Villas as the same are more particularly described in the legal description thereof recorded in Official Records Book 603, Pages 592 through 603, inclusive.

Any person or entity claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, resulting from the foreclosure sale, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim on same with the Clerk of Court within 60 days after the foreclosure sale.
