NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 8, 2011, entered in Case No. 11-988-CC, of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial circuit in and for COLLIER County, Florida. Mimi S. Wolok, is the Plaintiff and ROBERT B. RICH, MADALINE R. ROBLES ACOSTA, and All Unknown Parties claiming by, through, under and against the above named Defendant, are Defendants. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at by auction at the Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, First Floor Atrium, Naples, Florida, 34112, at 11:00 a.m. on the 14 day of September, 2001, the following described property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure, to wit:

Lot 23: Beginning at the Southwest corner of Section 20, Township 51 South, Range 27 East, Collier County, Florida, go South 89Ëš27'40” East 637.99 feet to point; thence North 0Ëš12'20” East 1980.00 feet to Point of Beginning; thence North 89Ëš27'40” West 635.89 feet to point; thence North 0Ëš16'00” East 330.00 feet to point; thence South 89Ëš27'40” East 635.54 feet to point; thence South 0Ëš12'20” West 330.00 feet to Point of Beginning, being 4.8 acres more or less in West 1/2 of West 1/2 of Section 20, Township 51 South, Range 27 East, Collier County, Florida.
