NOTICE is hereby given pursuant to an Order to Reset Foreclosure Sale dated August 12, 2011, entered in Civil Case No. 08-CA-008305 of the Circuit Court of the Hillsborough County Circuit Court (FL), Florida, wherein the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash on 19 day of September, 2011, at 10:00 A.M. on the 2nd FLOOR OF THE GEORGE E. EDGECOMB BUILDING, ROOM 201/202, located at 800 EAST TWIGGS STREET, in TAMPA, Florida, relative to the following described property as set forth in the Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 6, BLOCK 3, PANTHER TRACE PHASE 1 TOWNHOMES, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 102, PAGES 65-77, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
