NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 18, 2008, and an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure sale dated August 10, 2011, entered in Civil Case No.: 08-CA-007107 (I), of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein BAYVIEW LOAN SERVICING, LLC, a Delaware Limited Liability Company, Plaintiff, and KATIE JORDEN a/k/a KATIE L. JORDEN, is the Defendant.
I will sell to the highest bidder for cash on the 2nd floor, Room 201/202, of the George E. Edgecomb Building, 800 East Twiggs Street, Tampa, FL 33602 at 2:00 p.m. on the 15 day of September, 2011, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
The South 50.20 feet of Lot 13, Less the East 2.00 feet thereof, Block 20, Bouton and Skinner's Addition to West Tampa, according to the map or plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 1, Page 78; of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
Together With
Lot beginning 2.00 feet West of the Southeast corner of Lot 13; run North 50.20 feet, East 10.68 feet; North 12.47 feet; Northeasterly 39.45 feet, to a point 17.40 feet South and 7.30 feet West of the Northeast corner of Lot 14; thence South 82.50 feet, to the south boundary of Lot 14; thence West 44.70 feet, to the Point of Beginning; Block 20, Bouton and Skinner's Addition to West Tampa, according to the map or plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 1, Page 78; of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
