BEGINNING AT A POINT 135 FEET SOUTH AND 195 FEET WEST OF THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF THE NW 1/4 OF THE NW 1/4 OF THE SW 1/4 OF SECTION 5, TOWNSHIP 29 SOUTH, RANGE 19 EAST, HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA, THENCE SOUTH 110 FEET, THENCE WEST 75 FEET, THENCE NORTH 110 FEET, THENCE EAST 75 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
and commonly known as: 2306 CURTIS ST, TAMPA, FL 33610; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at the George Edgecomb Courthouse located at 800 E. Twiggs Street, Room 201/202 Tampa, Florida, on September 22, 2011 at 10:00 AM.
